In 2019, Mark and Katie Burgin decided to search for a stock management software to modernise the business management and initially, on recommendation from the Industry, chose the Bransom system.
Mark and Katie explain:
“We initially had the Bransom system installed but, in the early stages of training, Clarity & Success purchased Bransom. There were functions within Bransom that we found very frustrating so, after looking at C&S, we decided to move across.
We found C&S far more advanced than the Bransom software. It could be really tailored to suit our business, with functions being added or removed as we required. C&S Evolution is very straight forward to use.
The support team are extremely knowledgeable and often sort problems out with you over the phone, straight away. Training is organised when needed and is very comprehensive and informative. The reports and sales data that can be created are fantastic for quickly referencing how we are performing as a small business and for calculating our VAT returns.

Not only do Mark and Katie offer sales of jewellery and watches, but they also offer services including jewellery and watch maintenance, remodelling, bespoke diamond and precious stone design and a purchase service for unwanted jewellery and watches.
Having used the system extensively and gained familiarity in the main aspects of the software, Mark and Katie undertook training to begin using the repairs functionality and were visited recently by Clarity & Success’ Project and Training consultant Sandra Summers, who demonstrated the full integrated repairs system and also the repair APP which allows mobile capture of repair information including multiple images, allowing the team to easily and digitally manage and track all repairs and services.
