Clarity & Success: Training

Group training 2020 / 2021

Duration: 1,5 day group training for beginners (about 5-15 persons) on your own PC.

Times: Wednesday 9am - 6pm, Thursday 9am - 2pm.

Contents: Basic knowledge of CLARITY & SUCCESS business management.

Prerequisite: Windows Basic Skills.

Place: Halle / Westphalia (Germany).

If it is necessary for our technicians to repair or reinstall your "old" PC, this will be calculated according to requirements. We would like to ensure a smooth training start the next day.

Note: If the number of your participants is too small, the training can be cancelled and we would then inform you in good time and arrange an alternative date.

On-site training

Would you like to be trained directly in your shop at your workplace, so that your employees are also directly acquainted with the Jeweller management software? Telephone training

Basic training for CLARITY & SUCCESS software by telephone and remote computer access with a member of our training team. Take advantage of the possibility of high-quality training in favorable conditions, which can take place everywhere. All you need is a PC with internet connection and a telephone. A direct connection between your computer and our employee is made via a small program. He then shares your screen in a window at his workplace and then the training can begin.

Individual training
