We are in the age of Digital Revolution, and changing consumer behaviour and social media are major challenges for the jewellery and watch industry. At Inhorgenta, Munich, from 12th to the 15th February, CLARITY & SUCCESS with its total management control and point-of-sale system, provided retail jewellery sector with exactly the right solutions to fit the demands of the digital revolution.

 

"The Inhorgenta is traditional for us to meet new and existing customers with this year's focus being on our continuing developments providing retail management sophistication," says company founder Florian Henkel. With a 18-strong team, CLARITY & SUCCESS arrived at Inhorgenta and presented, in addition to the sale and merchandise management system, also the "Advantage Club of Jewellers", the intelligence and trends marketing concept for jewellers, and in addition, jewellery photo systems.

 

Henkel expected this year to have lots of visitors, because the Inhorgenta 2016 was the last chance before the new laws on cash policy (GoBD / GDPdU) to understand how the software complies. "Those who do not yet meet the new guidelines for the tax laws, can see how easy they are to met with our jewellery management software," said Henkel.

 

Especially for the Inhorgenta, CLARITY & SUCCESS packaged a starter kit which gives a legally compliant and sustainable solution including inventory management, point-of-sale and customer management for 4,666 euros. Jewellery retailers from Austria benefitted from the "Fiscal special" offer for only 2,899 euros. It is even more favourable for the retailers belonging to the Advantage clubs of jewellers "by paying their membership of 40 euros per year.

 

CLARITY & SUCCESS promoted it’s new marketing concept for jewellers to the public - a powerful tool for  successfully retaining customers. "Advertising power is as good the big organisations ," promises Henkel, with referring invitations, mailings, events, loyalty cards, newsletters, social media and much more, collectively from the many Members of The Advantage Club. These can be implemented through an effective analysis of existing customer data for more success in the jewellery store.

 

And after absorbing all the information ,visitors enjoyed refreshing drinks and refreshments at the CLARITY & SUCCESS cocktail bar.
