Christopher Cristoforu was April's NAJ Jet Award winner - how did he enjoy the course?

“I would certainly recommend JET to others – It’s an excellent base to start from if you’re thinking of a new career within jewellery or want to develop your skills further"

Clarity & Success sponsors the NAJ Jet Awards and April's winner was Christopher Cristoforu of Stanley James.

“I was introduced to the trade by Joshua Krett, the owner of Stanley James and I have worked here for three years. It is a wonderful feeling to see a customer smile. I want each experience to be memorable, and will do whatever it takes in order to meet their needs.

“Joshua’s guidance and knowledge has helped ease me into the industry and the results have paid off – an A for each assignment! I’m so grateful for that.

JET 2 is next on the agenda.

“The most enjoyable part of the course was learning about gemstones. It’s fascinating to discover the history and varieties.

I also liked the assignment discussing the 4Cs, and how each attributes to a diamond’s value.

I would certainly recommend JET to others – It’s an excellent base to start from if you’re thinking of a new career within jewellery or want to develop your skills further.

Doing the course has given me a better idea of what I would like to do once I complete JET 2, which would be diamond grading.

I also want to learn more about Swiss watches and perhaps design my own pieces of jewellery in the future.”
