The merger of the retail software companies will create one of the leading independent retail software companies, with 250 employees and a consolidated total annual turnover of over 25 million euros.
Both providers of software technology are already highly active in their recognised customer segments.
The Hamburg-based ROQQIO Group specializes in retail customers from the fashion, sports, shoes and lifestyle sectors, while software from Clarity & Success manages the trade in jewellery and watches for jewellers and goldsmiths and is also the market leader in the green Industry with its sister company Terra Software, with flower shops, garden centers and cemetery gardeners. The ROQQIO Commerce Cloud supplements these successful activities with e-commerce and omnichannel competence with immediate effect.
The newly appointed CEO of the group is Dirk De Beer.
