TIMEPLAN - App
Working hours, absence and holidays made easy
Jewellers and employees can use the TIMEPLAN APP to view the work / shift plans created with CLARITY & SUCCESS, the holiday account or a general overview of absence and a Create Leave Request.
The app can be easily integrated into the existing CLARITY & SUCCESS jewellery management software by communicating with the main computer via Wi-Fi or the Internet. The TIMEPLAN - APP is suitable for Android, iOS smartphones and tablets from versions iOS 13 or Android 10.0.
The TIMEPLAN - APP offers the familiar, simple handling that is already known from the CLARITY & SUCCESS jewellery management software. Registered employees, work schedules and holiday accounts are required for the app.
The TIMEPLAN - APP is used to optimize your daily routine in order to save you time. You can enter all activities and appointments in the app with start and end dates.
The TIMEPLAN - APP is a practical tool for planning attendance and attendance processes. The Timeplan app is available from the “Gold” module and is the ideal addition to employee time planning and time recording in the CLARITY & SUCCESS jewellery management software.

The connection between the end device and the web service, which is installed on one of the local PCs in the respective shop, is primarily protected by the encryption of the WiFi connection or the structural security of the LAN network connection.
If you want to work over the Internet, you need to install and purchase an SSL certificate (we will be happy to help you choose this certificate). The jeweller bears the costs for the certificate themselves.
