PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Anyone who already operates their own online shop can in future forego double management of the articles via the connection to the CLARITY & SUCCESS jeweller management software with the help of the online shop interface.

Determine which items should be displayed in the online shop and let the interface synchronize the stocks from the store with the online shop on the Internet.

The interface is based on a web service, for which there is a detailed description with which your service provider can easily program the application.

BENEFITS

When developing the interface, it was crucial that every jeweller without prior knowledge can integrate new articles with just a few clicks, price them as desired and include the latest news from their business on the home page. With the jewellery management software from CLARITY & SUCCESS, the shopping experience for customers is constantly being further optimized and previous boundaries between the online and offline world are being removed.

WHAT DOES THE ONLINE SHOP INTERFACE DO?

  • All article data that has been entered into the system manually or, better still, by means of a „digital delivery note“ or article master, can be activated for the online shop. This also includes special data on the watches and jewellery in order to have a description of the item that is as precise as possible available online (material, diamonds, stones, pearls).
  • The fields „Product groups“, „Article groups“ and also „Article names“ can be renamed in the CLARITY & SUCCESS settings, as the labeling of these fields is transferred.
  • Item stocks including branch stocks are linked directly to the online shop with several item images and videos (e.g. with the new Gemlightbox) from the jeweller management software.
  • Existing customer data can be imported from the CLARITY & SUCCESS jewellery management software into the online shop via the interface. New customer data from the online shop are automatically created and linked.
  • Repairs that have been posted to the customer account in the shop can be tracked by the customer in the online shop using Track & Trace (status query).
  • Individual functions can be set up for each article, e.g .: „Sales only in the shop“, if the articles are particularly high-priced and are shown online, but only sold on site in the shop.
  • Customers can reserve items online if they wish, so they can then view them in the store and get advice.
  • Depending on the setting of the shipping method, a Click & Collect, i.e. buying online and picking it up in the store, can also be carried out via the online shop interface. Orders from the online shop are created automatically so that the jeweller only has to „pack and ship“ after the purchase.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Wi-Fi or Internet on the main computer
  • Smartphones or tablets from versions iOS9 or Android 6.0
  • Screen from 5 inches, 2GB RAM, quad core processor (or faster)
  • Sufficient free internal storage space for local storage of the product images
  • Functioning camera integrated in the device with at least 8 megapixels

 

The connection between the end device and the web service, which is installed on one of the local PCs in the respective shop, is primarily protected by the encryption of the WiFi connection or the structural security of the LAN network connection.

If you want to work over the Internet, you need to install and purchase an SSL certificate (we will be happy to help you choose this certificate). The jeweller bears the costs for the certificate themselves.
